On Science Day - 30.06.2018 - the student lab “Spiel der Kräfte” in the foyer of the Audimax at Pfaffenwaldring 53 organized an exhibition from 1 pm to 7 pm with experiment stations related to vibrations and waves. Enjoy a sneak preview of the exhibition brochure and see what awaits you by way of exciting experiments. We are looking forward to visitors who love to experiment, both large and small!
The Physics Didactics Research Group and its didactics department is taking part in the traditional School Competition of the Department of Mathematics for the first time and is extending this to include a schools competition in mathematics + physic for the first time too. These two departments together will be challenging schoolchildren from classes 10 and 11 with some demanding tasks, which can be solved in small groups on Science Day. The winning team can look forward to book prizes and the presentation of a challenge cup on the stage of the Vaihingen campus.
